Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

All US orders are shipped using US Postal Service with Tracking. If another type of service is required contact css@octactical to make arrangements.

International Orders:

The store is not currently set up to process international shipping costs. For international orders please contact us directly at css@octactical.com

Several of our items are available in our ebay store and already have international shipping cost calculated for immediate shipping. http://stores.ebay.com/octactical

We DO NOT ship firearm parts and magazines outside of the US.

We WILL NOT fill out fraudulent Customs Forms, so don't ask.

Current Shipping Times:

Because of the current volume, time to process and ship orders is approximately 2 working days.

Returns:

Items maybe returned within 30 days of being received by the customer. Returns must be unused and in new condition. Returns must including manufacturer product packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please return Items to the address below with a note containing the order number, reason for the return, and if a refund or exchange is desired.

If you recieve a damaged or defective item contact us at css@octactical.com. We will send a replacment along with a prepaid label to retrun the damaged item.
